About us

We have been buying & renting property since 1996. In the last few years we started buying in the UK’s newest hotspot, HULL. To date we have bought, refurbished & rented over 120 properties for our clients. We specialise in buying property & offering below market value houses that yield a return profit between £5,000 & £20,000 after all costs.

We start with the end in mind, Our intention is to make a profit in the region of  £5,000 & upwards for our clients.

 

We provide 3 types of property investments.

1. Distressed Property. We source & buy a distressed property, refurbish with 1 year warranty on all work & organise a tenant.

2. Finished Tenanted Property. These are always under market value price.  

3. Auction Buys.  We will have full report on work that needs to be carried out. You can either have funds available or buy through our fast track system to buy at auction.                                                                            

Transparency is everything, the purchaser deals directly with the solicitor and knows all costs before purchase.

The Humber Quays is home to the Royal bank of Scotland & World Trade Centres. High quality offices & homes are growing & expanding at fantastic speed. There is a buzz to Hull that sees growth on every corner. 

Our Property Expert & Manager lives in Hull. Originally from Banbridge, he & his team of tradesmen have completed over 120 properties. He also operates our Property Management Service.

He is currently negotiating the purchase of a 53 property portfolio. All his work is covered by a 12 month warranty. It stands to reason that the profit is in the improvement of the property.
