property, refurbish with 1 year warranty on all work & organise
a tenant.
2. Finished Tenanted Property.
These are always under market value price.
3. Auction Buys.
We will have
full report on work that needs to be carried out. You can either
have funds available or buy through our fast track system to buy
at
auction.
